In this 5-week, 10-hour summer course grad students will focus on improving the written and oral communication skills needed for graduate study. Through interactive activities and exercises, lab time, and instructor feedback, students will develop their academic speaking and writing skills. Advanced grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary use, strategies for genre awareness, as well as communicative competence for the seminar context will be among topics covered. Tuition Fee: $90.
