Schulich alum, John McLeish (JD'73) was recently named the 2024 Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Toronto by Best Lawyers庐. John is the founding partner of McLeish Orlando, a firm that represents individuals in Ontario and throughout Canada, who have been injured or who have lost a loved one through the negligence of others.
John has authored or co-authored 5 books on personal injury, wrongful death, and trial advocacy. He remains an Atlantic Canadian at heart!
